Ann MacKay ~ Managing Partner
Ann has over 15 years experience managing a full range of market research projects for high technology and publishing clients. Prior to founding Research Concepts in 1993, Ann was Director of Research at Network World, Inc., an IDG company where she was responsible for all of the advertising, editorial and custom research projects. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Jean Romeo ~ Managing Partner
Jean joined Research Concepts in 1997. Before Research Concepts, she was on the faculty at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College for eight years where she taught Marketing Research at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Jean has published articles on various research topics in national journals, including Journal of Consumer Research, Business Horizons, Journal of Consumer Psychology and Journal of Business and Psychology. She has a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a B.S. from Bucknell University.
