Objective:

A Web site wanted to understand the types of information technology professionals look for on the Web and the Web sites that they use.

   

Research Methodology:

A virtual focus group was conducted with IT professionals who were screened for their involvement in the purchase of technology-related products and services. The discussion took place over the telephone and participants accessed Web sites on their computers.
